With this photo I added the light hearts glitter effect and recolored the photo to pink tones and wrote the text on it I went to PARIS in 90's it was fabulous, here is one of my hubpages about Paris as well..... http://mindyjgirl.hubpages.com/hub/Top-Ten-Things-to-do-and-see-in-Paris, Lastly I gave the photo a soft glow to it. :)
